Terms of service

Plans, prices, cancellations, refunds, damage, loss, and rental rules are governed by the booking flow and the terms shown on this page.

填寫中的資料不會保留方案名額；送出訂單後，方案將保留 24 小時。 完成匯款並經門市核帳後，預約才正式確認。

FlowSnowRental 僅在提供預約、付款確認、裝備準備、取件、配送、歸還及客服服務所必要的範圍內蒐集及使用個人資料。 本公司不販售個人資料，也不將資料用於與服務無關的用途。

Information we collect

本公司可能蒐集訂購人姓名、護照英文姓名、電子郵件、電話、地址、租借者尺寸、訂單內容、取件或配送安排、付款回報及客服往來紀錄。 網站不要求顧客輸入護照號碼，也不提供線上上傳護照照片的功能。

How we use information

Personal data is used only to create and manage orders, verify payments, prepare and fit equipment, send service notices, confirm identity, arrange delivery and collection, process cancellations and refunds, and handle late returns, damage, loss, or customer support matters.

Passport verification and images

每筆訂單首次交付裝備時，訂購人須出示護照正本供授權員工核對。 為確認承租人身分及保障高價租賃品，本公司得使用公司管理的指定裝置拍攝護照身分頁。

護照影像僅供身分確認、租賃責任及未歸還、損壞、遺失等爭議處理使用，原則上於全部租賃品確認歸還後 30 日內刪除。 若仍有未完成的爭議或法律程序，得保存至處理完畢及必要期間屆滿為止。

Retention and security

本公司僅於完成服務、履行契約、處理爭議及遵守會計、稅務或其他法令所必要的期間保存個人資料。 保存必要性消失後，將刪除或以無法識別個人的方式處理。

We use reasonable access controls, personnel procedures, and information security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse.

Sharing information

除取得本人同意、履行顧客選擇的配送或交接服務，或依法令及有權機關要求外，本公司不向無關第三方提供個人資料。 合作人員僅能取得完成當次服務所必要的資訊，不會取得護照影像。

Minors

Information about a minor renter must be provided by a parent, legal representative, or authorized booking contact and is used only as needed for equipment preparation, sizing, and service safety.

Your rights and contact information

顧客得依法申請查詢、揭露、更正、停止使用或刪除本公司持有的個人資料。 本公司得於受理前核對申請人身分；依法或因履行契約、會計保存及爭議處理仍有保存必要時，將說明無法立即刪除的理由。

Policy updates

本公司得因服務內容或法令變更修訂本政策，並於網站公告最新版本及生效日期。 涉及蒐集項目、使用目的、護照影像處理或第三方提供方式的重大變更時，將以適當方式通知顧客。

Rental rules 2026-10-15

  • Online bookings require a 15% deposit by TWD bank transfer. Pay the remaining 85% in JPY by credit card at pickup.
  • For customer-initiated cancellations, payments are fully refunded when cancelled at least 30 days before the rental starts. Cancellations from 29 days before the start are generally non-refundable.
  • If service cannot be provided because of a resort closure, natural disaster, infectious disease, large-scale transport suspension, or other force majeure, we will explain rescheduling or refund options individually. Actual processing fees may be deducted.
  • The size entered online is for advance preparation only. Final sizing depends on in-store fitting and available stock. If the selected size does not fit, we will provide the closest available size. Sizing issues are not eligible for refunds.
  • Brands, models, and sizes are assigned according to store inventory and the results of the in-store fitting. Specific brands or models cannot be requested.
  • Equipment must be returned by 18:30 on the final rental day. One additional day’s rental fee is charged for each overdue day. Equipment not returned after 7 days is treated as lost.
  • If equipment is lost or seriously damaged, compensation is 20 times the item’s one-day rental rate and covers both the rental item and resulting business loss.
